The infrared imagery above demonstrates the immediate impact of BES door weatherization. The example shows the inside of an Elmbrook School District gymnasium door, used as an emergency exit leading to the outside environment.

The "Before" picture on the left does not utilize door weatherization, therefor the infrared camera measures a 37.8⁰ F(outdoor temperature 26.2⁰ F). The same measurement was taken two hours later after BES door stripping was applied. A significant and immediate difference is achieved as demonstrated in the "After" image; it demonstrates an IR spot of 51.4⁰ F (outdoor temp 25.4⁰ F), providing a 13.6⁰ F increase in temperature.
